Today...

I am currently working on my masters degree at the UW-Platteville.  I just began my second year and plan on graduating in the spring.  My program is counselor education, and I hope to become a Licensed Professional Counselor.  Before I began the program, I wanted to work with children, but once I started, I decided on children and the elderly. Now, I would really like to get more experience in adoption agencies.  When I said I would like to get more, I really meant to say that I would like any experience I can get. Adoption agencies really interest me, and I feel that it could be a good fit.

Another factor I have been considering has been opening a coffeeshop.  I have a name, and I have been looking at materials on distribution websites.  I have tons of ideas, and I have a very good friend that knows what he is doing.  And hopefully, he can teach me. We would be partners in the business. This is something I have wanted to do for a very long time and it makes sense.  In addition, he does construction, which allows us to customize the shop in any way we choose.

This blog will allow me to vent...Include information on pursuing a masters degree (MSE) in Counselors Education...And provide my insight on business (as I learn)... It should be a bumpy ride...Hold on And Enjoy.
